Because every roof is different, we don't quote blind. Once you send the form, we'll get back to you to arrange a convenient time for a free survey — usually a phone call first, since that's often enough to understand what you need before anyone visits.

After the survey, we'll send a written, itemised quote that breaks materials, labour and any scaffolding down separately, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. There's no pressure to go ahead, and no charge for the visit or the quote itself.

If it's urgent — an active leak or storm damage — let us know in the message and we'll aim to respond quickly. For anything less urgent, we're still happy to talk through your options before you commit to any work.

Every quote is broken down clearly and stays valid for 30 days, so you have time to weigh up your options without any pressure to decide on the spot. If your plans change or a question comes up afterwards, just reply through the same form and we'll pick up where we left off.

We also stand behind the work once it's finished. Materials and workmanship are guaranteed, and because we keep a record of every job we complete in the borough, we can usually talk you through exactly what was done if anything ever needs checking years down the line.

We try to work around your household rather than the other way round, so we'll always confirm a time that suits before anyone turns up. Scaffolding and access are arranged in advance too, which keeps disruption to a minimum on jobs that take more than a day or two.
